Alvaro joined HCM in 2019 as a skilled laborer and superintendent. With years of experience in the construction industry, Alvaro provides an attention to detail, great attitude and carpentry skills that make him an invaluable member to our team. When he is not working hard with our field crews, Alvaro can be found spending time with his family.

Bobby Hugues

In the Spring of 2017, HCM was fortunate enough to have Bobby, a retired union carpenter, join as a superintendent. With his many years of commercial construction experience, an OSHA 30 certification, numerous Procore certifications and an impeccable attention to detail, Bobby has been extremely valuable to us in the field. He is also very versatile which allows him to be an excellent superintendent on any project whether it is a healthcare facility, corporate headquarters, capital improvement or a pharmaceutical lab space. In his free time, Bobby enjoys coaching youth rugby in Denville, making wine and spending time with his wife, Joanne, and their 5 sons.

Fernando Da Silva

Fernando joined HCM in January of 2015 as a superintendent with a specialized knowledge in carpentry, structural and mechanical work. Prior to HCM, Fernando was a carpentry foreman for almost 10 years working on various commercial framing, drywall and acoustical ceiling projects in the Tri-State area. Fernando has a Construction Project Management certificate from Pace University, a Construction Field Superintendent certificate from NYU, and an OSHA 30/510 certification. Fernando is also multi-lingual, speaking English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently. His dynamic background, education and strong communication skills makes him an effective leader in the field, a great liaison for our clients and an integral part of HCM. When Fernando is not on a job site or attending an owner’s meeting, he can be found watching soccer and hockey, reading, traveling with his family, and doing volunteer work with a few nonprofit organizations.

Jake Dickenman

In the Summer of 2018, Jake joined HCM as a superintendent with extensive management experience in the construction industry. With Jake’s specialized knowledge in concrete and masonry, metal and woodworking, and ability to supervise a wide variety of construction projects, he has made a great addition to the team. When Jake is not in the field, you can find him hunting and fishing with his grandson or lounging by the pool with his family.

Joe Osgood

Joe joined HCM in June 2015 as a superintendent with a background in project management and a specialized knowledge of millwork, finishes, and customer service. Joe is excellent at managing the field personnel and operations to keep our projects on schedule while never sacrificing quality or safety. When Joe is not busy on a job site keeping our clients happy, he is spending time with his daughter, McKenna, teaching her how to hunt or coaching her softball team. Joe also enjoys gardening with his wife, Deb, and spending time in the field training his dogs.

Joe Pellerito

Joe joined HCM in 2015 as a superintendent, and he is responsible for overseeing a variety of commercial projects from tenant fit-outs to pharmaceutical projects to large site work projects. His many years of experience in the construction industry with a specialized knowledge in electrical work has made him an invaluable asset to HCM. Joe has a degree from William Paterson University, a certificate from the Rutgers Safety Training Program and an OSHA 30 certification. When Joe is not in the field, he enjoys cooking, coaching baseball, and spending time with his large extended family and his wife, Meghan, and their children, Luca, Anthony and JT.

Marcos Lima

Marcos joined HCM in 2020 as a skilled carpenter and superintendent. With years of experience, attention to detail and meticulous craftmanship, Marcos has become an invaluable member to our team. When he is not working, Marcos can be found spending time with his family.

Joseph LePore

Joe joined HCM in 2023 as a superintendent with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is extremely effective at managing large project crews during all phases of construction and ensuring that they perform to the best of their abilities while never sacrificing time, quality or safety. His leadership and commitment to excellence has made him an invaluable asset to HCM.

Sal DiCola

Sal has been with HCM since 2007 and is charged with overseeing HCM’s field crews as well as performing the most skilled trade work. Sal has been in the construction industry for over 25 years and is an expert craftsman, mechanic, and team leader. While away from work, Sal spends time with his wife Jane and their children Brian, Nick, Jill and Michael. Sal enjoys fishing and coaching travel soccer. He is also involved with coaching the robotics program in his local high school.

Paul Mendes

Paul joined HCM in 2021 as a superintendent with years of construction experience. Paul’s commitment to safety and excellent management skills keeps our projects on schedule and within budget. He is an essential member of our team.

Ken Schoenig

Ken joined HCM in 2022 as a superintendent with years of experience in the construction industry. His ability to multitask and manage field personnel will ensure that our projects remain on schedule without sacrificing quality or safety.

Miguel Paz de Melo

Miguel joined HCM in March of 2023 as a superintendent with extensive knowledge of custom metal framing, acoustic ceilings and door and hardware installation. With prior experience in crew and jobsite management, Miguel has undertaken both small and large projects and always aimed for pinpoint accuracy and client satisfaction. Being a good communicator, he can maintain a light and friendly work environment while ensuring that all aspects of the job are being correctly addressed. The ability of speaking 3 languages has opened various doors as well as taken down barriers found in the workplace, as he is able to fluently communicate in Portuguese, Spanish and English, as well as exchange a few lines in Russian. Whenever Miguel is not on the field, he can be found enjoying and taking care of his wife and two daughters, playing Airsoft or videogames, or trying to learn his next language.

Wilfredo Ramirez

Wilfredo aka Keeke joined HCM in 2023 as a skilled laborer and mason. With years of experience in the construction industry, Wilfredo can work on a large variety of projects, and his excellent masonry skills have been of great use in the field. When he is not working hard with our crews on site, Wilfredo can be found spending time with his family and singing karaoke.

In the winter of 2023, Fred joined HCM as a superintendent with over 30 years of construction experience. Fred’s extensive knowledge, ability to manage large crews, and his attention to detail has made him very effective in his role. When Fred is not working hard to make sure his projects remain on schedule and within budget, he can be found enjoying his spare time with his friends and family.
